ROI Rocket Inc. ("ROI Rocket") has instituted this Anti-Spam Policy ("Anti-Spam Policy") to exhibit our dedication to the privacy of Advertisers and Affiliates. The following disclosure outlines our Anti-Spam Policy in regards to the information gathering and distribution of data from our web site and how we protect the privacy of our users.

Definition of Spam

Spam is unsolicited email including "junk mail", which is not requested by the addressee. Spam is not permission-based email. Inappropriate newsgroups, which can consist of excessive posting of the same materials to numerous newsgroups, are also considered as spam.

ROI Rocket's Prevention of Spam

Strict compliance by Affiliates and Advertisers of ROI Rocket is necessitated upon acceptance of the Terms of Use of the ROI Rocket website, and by signing the agreement, will comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. ROI Rocket reserves the right to determine in their sole discretion what is considered spam and what necessary measures will be taken in response to such spam activities.

Ways to Avoid Spam

ROI Rocket has developed marketing tools specifically for internet usage and incorporates permission-based values. This anti-spam policy is implemented through the following guidelines:

1. The ROI Rocket application and agreement that you have signed as part of becoming an Affiliate or Advertiser with ROI Rocket details how and for what purposes you may collect site visitor addresses. Adherence to the ROI Rocket Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy as outlined on our website will strictly be enforced.
2. Purchased email lists and mass mailings will not be allowed under this Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. Only double opt-in mailing lists are allowed and purchased lists to not fall under that criteria per definition of opt-in.
3. Unsubscription to the email list is provided on each email that is sent by ROI Rocket. Each email sent by ROI Rocket contains an "unsubscribe link".

Spam Laws

There is a variance to the Spam Laws created by each state and each country. ROI Rocket's Anti-Spam Policy and Privacy Policy have been developed to follow these laws to the highest industry principles. The following acts are prohibited: 1. Use of false information, including false headers in identification of the origin of the email transmission. Hiding the true origin of the sender is also prohibited. The use of misleading subject lines in email distribution including mass mailings is strictly prohibited. Utilizing a third party domain name without express permission to do so is not allowed.

SPAM Enforcement

ROI Rocket Advertisers and Affiliates that are found to be spamming, may be immediately cut off from use of ROI Rocket's network, with no payment of outstanding commissions due to such person who is in violation of the Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy, which is strictly enforced.
